1. Log in to MDRAP.
2. On the MDRAP Home Page, click on the small blue Help box on the right side of the screen to access the Help Center. From the Help Center, click on the User Support button.
3. From this screen, users are able to Create and Submit Help Desk Tickets. To create and Submit a Help Desk Ticket, enter your contact information, a subject for the ticket, and a succinct message identifying the issue and any details that will be helpful to the technical support staff who will be addressing/resolving the issue. When the message is completed, Click on the Submit Ticket button at the bottom of the screen to submit the ticket to the MDRAP Help Desk team.
4. Access to the MDRAP Help database is also provided on the main Help Center screen to enable users to check the Help Articles for an answer to an issue before submitting a Help Desk Ticket.
