When Security Organization sends an affiliation request to an HDO, they will be notified by e-mail
1. As an Org Admin, log in to MDRAP.
2. Navigate to and hover over the Administration menu on the blue navigation bar across the top of the screen and select Manage Sharing from the drop-down box.
3. Select the ORGANIZATION SETTINGS tab to the right of the CARE DELIVERY AREAS tab. Click the click on the pencil icon beside the affiliated organization in ORGANIZATION SETTINGS tab.
4. Select Approved or Declined from the Status dropbox. You can also add a custom message which will be included in any requests made by the proxy organization on your behalf. Click SAVE to inform the requesting security organization about your decision.
